Don Cupit

Don Cupit a Louisiana State Certified Residential Appraiser since 1990 holds a degree in finance from the University of Southwestern Louisiana and the Senior Residential Appraisal  designation (IFA) from the National Association of Independent Fee Appraisers.  After joining the firm in 1989 Don became the senior residential appraiser in 1999.  In 2005 he took over the responsibility of senior analysts for the Baton Rouge market.  In addition to his appraisal practice, Don is responsible for business development and management of residential production for the Baton Rouge market.  His coverage area includes East Baton Rouge and parts of Ascension parish including the Cities of Baton Rouge, Baker, Zackery and Gonzales.  Don also completes assignments in Prairieville and other unincorporated towns in his coverage area.
